OXITEC® 5000
Durable oxygen analyzers for precise and rapid process control. The OXITEC 5000 oxygen analyzer was developed by ENOTEC and is manufactured entirely in Germany.
Regarding the OXITEC 5000|
The CEMTEC gas sampling system was developed for continuous flue gas analysis in cement kiln inlet chambers and in other extremely dusty high-temperature processes. Increasing the efficiency of pyroprocesses and ecological sustainability are global requirements and are realized with CEMTEC.
Thanks to the optimised design of the CEMTEC, it is even possible to use substitute fuels.
Our promise:
We at will find a solution for every application, whether customised or from series production. Our customers benefit from our experienced staff and our globally active and well-versed sales and service team.
Around the clock and all over the world.
The cement production process is essentially characterized by extreme conditions: Extremely high temperatures and extremely high levels of dust.
In order to operate the process efficiently and with a minimum of emissions, fast and reliable measurement values are essential.
Measurement in the kiln inlet chamber at the end of the rotary kiln is particularly important, as the residual oxygen content in the flue gas can be measured as close as possible behind the burner (at approx. 2000 g/m3 dust). This is where the water-cooled CEMTEC extraction probe is used, which continuously extracts flue gas from the pyrolysis process of the rotary kiln with 95 % availability.
With a reliable and continuous kiln inlet chamber measuring probe, which can continuously supply measuring gas to the analysis measurement quickly and maintenance-free despite the typical cement dust loading and the typical flue gas temperature in the measuring chamber, the rotary kiln burner can be controlled so that the gas matrix can be optimally adjusted. Repair costs caused by reducing flue gas composition and the associated damage to the lining can be reduced.
Control of the NH3 quantity for NOx reduction to the specified emission limit value becomes more reliable and the limit value can be safely adhered to. CEMTEC is also used in the flue gas direction downstream of the precalciner, at slightly lower temperatures, but with a similarly high dust load and also high flue gas velocities. The products OXITEC 5000 (O2 in situ measurement) and COMTEC 6000 (O2/COe in situ measurement) are used at the measuring points in the area of thermal fuel preparation, flue gas cleaning and at the stack in order to obtain reliable and fast measured values for process control and monitoring.
Rotary kiln: Clinker formation (sintering)
Pre-calciner: Completion of the calcination
Cyclone: Drying, preheating and limited calcination of the raw meal
