OXITEC® 5000
Durable oxygen analyzers for precise and rapid process control. The OXITEC 5000 oxygen analyzer was developed by ENOTEC and is manufactured entirely in Germany.
Regarding the OXITEC 5000|
Chemical processes are complex and diverse - both in terms of the processes themselves and the process conditions. What they have in common is that the necessary process heat requires combustion systems, regardless of whether toothpaste, carbon black or insulating wool is being produced. For an efficient and safe combustion process, it is advantageous to measure both unburned molecules and residual oxygen. This gives you complete information about process quality and any risks that arise.
Our COMTEC gas analysers measure directly in the flue gas - in situ - and compare the oxygen value (O2) with the unburned (COe), so that you always have real-time access to meaningful values. The devices are equipped for flue gas temperatures up to 1400 °C, high dust loads, corrosive and reducing flue gases. In processes that require a regulated oxygen supply, such as the production of hydrogen cyanide, we equip measuring points with the OXITEC oxygen analyser. In chemical plants, the monitoring of inert operating conditions and ATEX-certified systems for gas Ex and dust Ex zones also play an important role. While COMTEC GasEx is used, for example, in refineries and similar potentially explosive plants, SILOTEC is particularly suitable for preventing smouldering fires in dust silos.
Our promise:
We at ENOTEC will find a solution for every application in chemical plants. You benefit from the excellent quality of our products, simple plug-and-play applications and comprehensive on-site service. Our service team is there for you.
Around the clock and all over the world.
Safety, efficiency, environmental protection - How ENOTEC processes
supported in the chemical industry
Our many years of experience with applications in chemical plants have shown us that many processes run with the addition of heat, steam or both - regardless of what exactly they are needed for in the manufacturing process. What is important, however, is the permanent monitoring and optimization of combustion. This can be for production-related, economic, emission-related or safety reasons. It is often a combination of all these factors.
Depending on the regulations of the system and the location of the measurement, attention must also be paid to explosion protection (gas and dust). This is why we have had our analysers ATEX-certified.
We guarantee functional safety with devices that are certified to SIL2 in a one-out-of-one selection (1oo1). This allows you to achieve double protection with a single measurement instead of three. And minimize not only the risk of malfunctions, but also system costs.
Tested and certified measuring equipment for the safe and continuous measurement and monitoring of combustion plant emissions forms the basis for plant safety and optimum environmental protection. The QAL1-certified OXITEC 5000 guarantees compliance with various DIN standards for environmental protection.
